Why bell peppers?

Salad with fried peppers and shrimps – how to cook
Cut the washed salad, the tomatoes and the onions and put them into a big salad bowl. Then cut the bell peppers and the chillies. Put some rapseed oil in a pan and heat it up. Put the chillies and the bell pepper in the pan and fry it. After a few minutes put the chillies (if they were frozen take them 3 hours prior to the cooking out of the fridge) in the pan. You can now spice the menu with pepper, salt, herbs of provence and thyme. If you like it you can add some paprika powder, too. When it all is fried put some water in the pan. You can now add the complete content of the pan in the salad bowl. Now your salad with fried peppers and shrimps is ready to eat. ENJOY!
