The protein comes mostly from the soybean in the first place. It also contains cocoa, oatmeal, spelled flakes, barley malt, coconut, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, cashews and walnuts.
Soya has a digestive effect and reduces blood lipids. Vegetarians hardly ever get past soy as a high-quality source of protein anyway.
Why berries? Especially raspberries??
Raspberries are said to have an antibiotic, appetizing, draining and laxative effect, they stimulate defense mechanisms, fight against cancer, support the immune system and stimulate the metabolism. Their active ingredients help with bladder and kidney problems, heartburn and indigestion.
In addition to provitamin A and vitamin B, raspberries contain a lot of vitamin C, as much as 150 grams already contain one third of the required daily requirement of an adult. The content of iron in raspberries is considered to be remarkable, so the red fruit is blood purifying and hematopoietic – and together with vitamin C, the body can use the iron particularly well.
Folic acid, magnesium and potassium are also among the valuable substances in raspberries.
