This is a quick dinner, which is only made with one pan to safe you from cleaning too much stuff. Fried bok choy with chicken tastes really great and chicken is loaded with proteins. This menu is low carb.
Why bok choy?
It is an asian style vegetable. Bok choy contains a lot of potassium and carotene, calcium, vitamin C and some B vitamins, as well as secondary plant substances such as flavonoids, phenolic acid and glucosinolates (mustard oils). An antibiotic / germicidal effect is attributed to the vegetable.
Why chicken filet?
Chicken belongs to the genus of poultry. Their meat has only a low fat content, but contains high-quality proteins, vitamins and minerals.
- Chicken filet
- Bok choy
- Paprika powder
- Garlic powder
- Chicken seasoning
- Oil (best is rapseed oil)
- Cayenne pepper – just if you want it hot
One Pan fried oak choi with chicken – how to cook
Stir fry the chicken filet in the pan with some oil and spice it up with some chicken seasoning. After it is ready take it out of the pan and stir fry the washed, cutter and spiced oak choi. Do not fry to long and add the chicken again. ENJOY!
